These terms and conditions govern your participation in competitions organized by Fall Line Skiing magazine. By entering our competitions, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
- Competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 and older, unless otherwise specified.
- Entrants are welcome from outside the UK on the understanding that any prize won can only be delivered to a UK address.
- Employees of Fall Line Skiing magazine and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry
- Entry into competitions is free and may require completing an online form on our website or submitting entries through other specified methods.
- Only one entry per person is allowed unless otherwise stated.
- Entries must be received by the specified closing date to be considered.
3. Prize Variation
- Fall Line Skiing magazine reserves the right to substitute the advertised prize with a different model, style, or colour if there are stock problems or other unforeseen circumstances. The substituted prize will be of equal or greater value.
4. Email Sharing and Newsletter Subscription
- By entering our competitions, you agree to have your email address shared with the prize provider for marketing purposes.
- You will also be subscribed to the Fall Line Skiing magazine newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the newsletter.
5. Winner Notification
- Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries and will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the closing date.
- If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within fourteen (14) days of the initial notification, Fall Line Skiing magazine reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Publicity
- By entering the competition, you agree to allow Fall Line Skiing magazine to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
8. Data Privacy
- Your personal information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.
9. Disqualification
- Fall Line Skiing magazine reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or that attempts to manipulate or tamper with the competition process.
10. General – These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and any amendments will be posted on our website.
By entering Fall Line Skiing magazine competitions, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not participate in the competitions.
