Cor blimey – Les Arcs ski resort is dedicating an entire week to UK skiers with the Great British Celebration.

With four days of on and off snow activities, including a Franco-British quiz, slalom race, speed skiing tuition, and ice warrior obstacle course, the event firmly nails Les Arcs’ red, white and blue colours to the mast as uncertainties surrounding Brexit continue.

“We are delighted to be hosting the Great British Celebration for the third time” Mayor of Bourg St Maurice Michel Giraudy said.

“No matter what happens in terms of Brexit, we are standing by our British skiers and hope they can join us at one or more activities of the Great British Celebration this season. It is a great time to get out on the slopes and enjoy the spring conditions – as well as a full programme of activities.”

Les Arcs has always been hugely popular with British skiers with Brits currently making up 45% of all overseas skiers visiting the resort each winter.

The 3rd edition of the Great British Celebration will run from the 30th of March to the 5th of April.

Tally ho….
