This coming Saturday sees the second, and probably best, leg of the Southern Freestyle Series! And even though it's called Southern, you Notherners are welcome to come show "us" softies how to shred properly!

Additionally, SNO!zone have a bunch of info on their new Project Friday events taking place at the end of each month:
"Each month our boy Billy and his highly trained team of park primates will pull a hot, live, wriggling park right out of the bag and slam it wholeheartedly into the 200m main slope at SNO!zone Scotland. We’ll have a progressive park with all sorts of new and nifty features, shaped just for you, every month.
We’ll stack the balcony high with extra PA and bump out a sick mix of tunes from your favourite ski movie soundtracks, mixed up along with timeless classics and up-front party jams. You can forget all about having to try and drown out Celine Dion with those Skull Candy cans of yours, oh yes.
If you’ve got a tune that you want to unleash on the masses then LET US KNOW! Hit us up on the fan page wall and we’ll endeavour to get your tune dropped on the night. It’s all about the interactivity, yo!
Speaking of which, if you fancy yourself as a bit of a park-itect we’ll be giving you the chance to design your own feature and have it built at the next event.
As well as having the chance to come down and ride with your mates, meet the crew and generally have a good time, we’ll also have our team of coaches and sponsored riders on-hand to give you all the hints and tips that you need to succeed. That trick you’ve been thinking about all week? Yeah, that one. They’ll tell you how to do it without the facefull of snow and/or broken collarbone.
As if that wasn’t enough, we’ll be re-shaping and running a Final Hour Jam, where each and every one of you will have the chance to win the Cheddar Cheeze Steeze prize and a super-sick 1 month season pass to come back and shred every day! That’s right, it aint just for the cool kids, or for the very best of you, it’s for everybody. Our team of judges and park crew will choose one lucky rider who’s had the biggest stoke of the night, tried their hardest, had the best attitude, had the most fun, learnt the most, whatever, it’s all about the Cheddar!
This prize is so in demand that I’ve heard Onario Mancini might even manage a smile in an attempt to win…"
And if you're struggling for things to do over the impending half-term, they're slashing prices to get you through the door
SNO!zone Milton Keynes is helping parents fill half-term holidays for bored kids with its family fun days.
The indoor snow slope will give kids the chance to chill out in its real snow play area, and mini daredevils can take on the inflatable snow-slide, which will be at Xscape all week, providing a unique way to entertain the kids this half-term.
The fun continues inside SNO!zone where children can try a number of different crafts or relax with mum and dad in the family film area.
SNO!zone has Beginner Blowout offers for both kids and adult visitors, running between 29th and 31st May, giving them a chance to get a taste of the slopes with beginner freestyle and ski race sessions for just £22 for two hours, with coaches on hand to give advice and tips. Beginners lessons are also available at selected times for £15 per hour.
Lisa Allan, SNO!zone brand and marketing manager, said: “It’s always difficult to think of enough fun activities to keep kids entertained throughout the school break.
“We’ve come up with plenty of exciting things to do on and off the slope, including our real snow play area and beginner sessions offering kids the chance to do something different this half-term.”
