On a night of incredible riding, the 40 strong field was narrowed down to a 10 man final to see which rider would take home £500 and a golden ticket to the European finals to be held at the 2011 Nike 6.0 Air & Style, Munich.
The judge’s work was cut out in what turned out to be hotly contested final of this 2Star TTR event.
Milton Keynes' 3rd placed Gareth Andrews slayed all night, as did Leeds local Jonny Russel who took second. But ultimately the three man judging panel awarded the honors of the night to Tom Guilmard (aka Little T) who stunned the crowd and his fellow riders with two magical efforts on the down bar.
Tom was evidently stoked on walking away with some actual cash and had this to say: “I’m so nervous about Air & Style, so many people! But I am looking forward to representing the UK. Also a big shout out to the Street Gypsy’s – you know who you are!"
The Nike 6.0 Stairset was constructed by Damian Doyle and the Standing Sideways crew and will remain in Castleford SNO!Zone for all riders to session throughout the season and beyond.

The riders were scored on the best two tricks of the finals, here's what they did:
Tom Guilmard – Front Blunt 450 out and Front 3 on, both on the down bar.
Jonny Russel – Switch Backlip 270 out on the kink ledge and switch back 1 nosepress 180 out on the down bar.
