O’Neill presents Jeremy Jones' DEEPER

Two years in the making. Eight-times Big Mountain Rider of the Year, The most progressive freeriding in the world, Unchartered terrain all accessed by foot. This is Deeper, and it's coming to London Freeze over 29-31 October, 2010

Deeper is the groundbreaking new movie by Teton Gravity Research (TGR), from Jeremy Jones and friends as he challenges all limits in the mountains without helicopters, lifts or snowmobiles.

This October, the European Deeper Tour from O’Neill will bring this experience down from the mountains and into 11 major cities throughout Europe – concluding at the London Freeze on 29-31 October, where O’Neill will be hosting a Press/VIP screening after the main snow final on 29th, with an appearance from the freeride legend Jeremy Jones himself. Deeper will then be screened throughout the festival on Saturday and Sunday.

It’s not only Jeremy’s passion and determination to charter unridden terrain, it’s also his passion for the environment that shines: "We were focused on the hard-to-reach zones that are not accessible by helicopters, ski lifts and snow machines, said Jeremy. “We trekked deep into the mountains, spending days living in snow caves and tents at the base of some of the true gems that have eluded me for so long.”

The movie Deeper documents Jeremy Jones and selected friends including Jonaven Moore, Xavier De Le Rue, Ryland Bell, Travis Rice and Forrest Shearer as they pioneer first descents deep in the mountains around the world, pushing their sport to the next level. The Deeper Tour starts off in the picturesque Belgian town of Ghent, the tour will move through cities including Paris, Amsterdam, Stockholm and Zurich before its finale at the Freeze Festival in London, which O’Neill are the proud clothing sponsors of.
