11th June sees Milton Keynes host a freestyle double-whammy

Park + Big Air Kicker

In what is to be a huge weekend of freestyle at SNO!zone Milton Keynes you will have the chance to hit their Big Air kicker at SNO!storm the day before the SNO!zone Big Air Competition!

In addition to the Big Air Kicker expect to see a full park layout on the main slope and the ever popular Rookie Park returns on the Lesson Hill.

Definition Coaching

Definition Camps will be returning to Storm to provide some free coaching to help you improve your freestyle techniques. A great addition for riders new to freestyle.

The Music

There'll be DJs on the slope all night dropping a mix of Hip Hop, Electro, Indie and Alternative to keep you jibbing hard all night.

The Prizes

MCs will be handing out greatspot prizes to those who impress on the park!

Freestyle Village

SNO!storm will host it’s own Freestyle Village on the slope with Board Demo’s. Gear to buy from the best brands and hot food.

SNO!zone Big Air - 12th June

SNO!zone Milton Keynes will host its first Big Air competition of 2010 on June 12th. The park and adjacent Big Air Kicker will be open from 6pm (please note not the usual 7pm start!) with heats running throughout the night. There will also be a dedicated spectator viewing area on the slope (and a real snow bar!) At 9pm the lights will go down and the final will take centre stage as top riders battle it out for top cash prizes!
 

The Competition Timings

6pm – 7pm – 1 Hour Practice
7pm – 9Pm – 2 Hour Qualifying
9pm – 10pm – Final

The Competition Prizes

First Place Purse (Board and Ski) £300
Second Place Purse (Board and Ski) £150
Third Place Purse (Board and Ski) £50

The Music

Expect DJs in a huge ‘ Big Air Tower’ alongside the Comp Judges dropping a mix of Indie, Electro, HipHop and Beats to keep you pumped all night.

Parkstrife

For those of you who aren’t at the level to be hitting the big kicker at the comp there is also the Parkstrife park out on 12th June. The park will be opening from 6pm-9pm and 10pm-12pm (Closed from 9pm – 10pm due to the main lights going down for the Big Air final)
