Construction:
Wood core, sidewall
The blinder of the Movement range and a constant favourite in the all-mountain ski category. This is a strongish ski, so the first few turns are either a revelation or a hint that you might have needed to walk up a few more stairs before heading out. The shape suits piste perfectly - again, longer turns are what Movement skis do well, and though the Jam is about the most versatile of the range, it still loves being on and edge for a while before rolling onto the next one. It's strong enough to handle crud, and works surprisinly well in proper powder thanks to that drawn-out nose.
