The successful Hawx I-Flex boots continue. Improved balance and more power from an upright stance, and better looking again this season. The asymmetrical T3 liner has three mouldable layers for more fit precision for those big, fast, carved turns. There's loads of space in the shell but the liner tongue can bind on a high instep.
Just bought a pair of these after 10 years in my old Salomons and skied for a week over New Year in Chamonix, on and off the piste. These are very comfy, close fitting and no more shin bang bruises or cold toes! Beautifully made. Can be tight to put on until you get the knack though. Also tried some new Salomon Impact 10s but these fitted more closely and had better heel hold.
