It might seem strange to plug another area of the forum in the first post, but it's the bit on this site that is a bit different.

Anyone wanting a natter about skiing has good places to go, though I'm fairly sure this forum will find its place. The Ask the Experts bit is interesting because it has a bunch of people giving considered answers which they have to stand by because everyone knows who they are. And what they do for a living. In fact, they do skiing and snowboarding for a living so they really aren't going to want to put their name to a duff answer.

As always in forums the questions and answers will define the tone.

Bear in mind that the ATE forum isn't an instant answer kind of place - you might need to wait for the right expert to come along so set your profile to be notified of a response, rather than hanging around....

Re: Ask the experts

We'll do our bit in prompting the experts to answer so hopefully you won't be waiting too long - but it has just started snowing in Scotland and Europe so we might all be heading out...
